Kidloo ("we", "our", "us"), developed by Devified Technologies, is committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application, Kidloo, designed for children aged 2–5 years.

1. Information We Collect

Kidloo does NOT collect any personal information from children or adults. We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location or geolocation data
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Contacts or address books
• Android Advertising ID or any persistent device identifiers for tracking

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Families Policy Compliance)

Kidloo is designed for children under 13 and is fully compliant with:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Google Play's Families Policy requirements
• Google Play's User Data Policy

We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. No behavioral profiling or interest-based advertising is used. The app does not contain any social features, chat, or user-generated content.

3. Advertisements

The free version of Kidloo displays advertisements through Google AdMob, configured with child-directed treatment (tagForChildDirectedTreatment). These ads:

• Do not use personalized targeting or behavioral tracking
• Are limited to G-rated, age-appropriate material
• Comply with COPPA and Google's Families Ads program

Users may remove all advertisements by purchasing a subscription or lifetime unlock through the app.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying child-safe, non-personalized advertisements. Google Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat — for managing in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Google Play Store / Apple App Store — for processing payments. Payment information is handled entirely by the respective platform and is never accessible to us.

These services may collect limited, non-personal technical information (e.g., device type, OS version, crash logs) as described in their respective privacy policies. None of this data is used to identify individual users or children.

5. Data Storage

All app data — including preferences, learning progress, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to external servers. We do not operate any servers or databases that store user information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no data to share.

7. Parental Rights

Since Kidloo does not collect personal information, there is no personal data to review, delete, or modify. Parents or guardians can:

• Uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally stored data
• Purchase a subscription to remove all advertisements
• Contact us with any concerns at the email below

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the app experience. The app includes screen-protection features and does not expose any sensitive content. As we do not collect or transmit data, there is minimal security risk associated with data breaches.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
